Have you ever wondered what it took to survive 2000 years ago? Test your skills through
experimental archaeology with a focus on primitive skills. Experimental archaeology is a process by
which an archaeologist replicates artifacts and features, such as structures, tools or ancient
technologies to better understand how they were made and used. Join us as we explore ancient tool
manufacture by flint knapping stone tools, practice with the spear and atl atl, construct a debris hut,
construct and fire pottery using ancient techniques, and more! Ages 10+
